Phantasmagorical at Horror Festivals
Brighton Horror Festival – Phantasmagorical
Magician Sylvia Sceptre will be performing Phantasmagorical at the Brighton Horror Festival on the 16th and 17th October 2018. Sylvia will be performing at Sweet Werks who run venues in Brighton, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
This will be the first time Phantasmagorical has been performed since the Edinburgh Festival in August. There are a few more magical effects going into the show especially for the Horror Festivals! My aim is to make it even more creepy!!
You can buy tickets for the show here.

London Horror Festival – Phantasmagorical
Hot on the heels of Brighton is the London Horror Festival! It is going to be wonderful to be back in London at The Old Red Lion Theatre. I last performed there many moons ago in a production of “Nun the Wiser” by Tony Booth. This was directed by my good friend Angela Reynolds. I played a young nun who was very keen on gardening, how times have changed!
Phantasmagorical will be on at The Old Red Lion on the 22nd and 23rd October.

Phantasmagorical IN THE PRESS
Amazingly, The Evening Standard has highlighted Phantasmagorical as one of the top ten shows to see at The London Horror Festival https://www.standard.co.uk/go/london/theatre/london-horror-festival-theatre-comedy-musical-a3948851.html
This has made my day as this sort of publicity is a massive and welcome boost to ticket sales. When I first started out on the adventure of creating a show for theatres I kind of thought that the audiences would drift along all by themselves, and whilst that was true at Edinburgh, I am sure that London and Brighton are going to be different kettles of fish altogether. I am sending out wishes that Phantasmagorical enchants a promoter and impresario to push Phantasmagorical forward. My dream is for a national tour, hopefully a tour in the USA too! Anyone?
Broadway World have also taken to their keyboards to write about the Festivals in Brighton and London.
